Orders placed with Liwan may be canceled free before warehouse shipment; shipped orders cannot be canceled and require paid return shipping. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, fully intact products in original packaging. Custom goods, clearance final-sale items, and personal hygiene products are non-returnable. Liwan covers all return shipping fees for defective or incorrectly shipped orders, while buyers cover shipping costs for voluntary personal returns. All refunds will be issued to your original payment account within 3–7 business days after Liwan receives and inspects returned items. All damage or defect claims require visual media proof submitted within 7 days post delivery. Per U.S. consumer protection regulations, Liwan’s maximum compensation for any order is limited to your original purchase amount. Liwan retains the right to update this policy without advance notice, and all newly placed orders follow the latest effective policy terms.
